Seven vendors. Seven invoices. One margin problem.
RMM, backup, Microsoft 365 protection, email security, endpoint security, a help desk and a CRM, the stack every MSP needs, built and run by one company that also runs an MSP. Same capability as the big names, at a cost that leaves the margin in your business instead of your vendors’.
We built it because we were the ones paying for it
Tech911 runs a managed service business in South Florida. Every platform here started as something we needed for our own fleet and could not justify the price of. If a feature is on these pages, it is because our own technicians use it daily.
Your stack cost is your margin
Across RMM, backup, cloud backup, email security, endpoint security and a PSA, the per-endpoint bill is the single biggest controllable cost in a managed contract. Cutting it drops straight to the bottom line on every client you already have.
One throat to choke
Seven vendors means seven contracts, seven renewal dates, seven support queues and seven integrations that break independently. One platform means one relationship and one number to call.
No surprise repricing
You know the pattern: get the fleet onboarded, then absorb the increase at renewal. Pricing here is monthly and per endpoint, and we are not building a business on locking you in.
Everything you are currently buying separately
Take the whole stack, or replace the one or two line items that hurt most. Each runs on its own, and they are priced individually.
Remote replaces your RMM
Monitor every client machine, remote in and fix it, deploy software and patches fleet-wide, and see live telemetry, organized by client, not one flat list.
Learn more →Vault replaces your BCDR
Encrypted nightly image backups of every workstation and server, with point-in-time restore and full bare-metal recovery when a client gets hit.
Learn more →OfficeSafe replaces your M365 backup
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace backup with unlimited storage, so your cost per tenant does not climb every time a client’s mailboxes grow.
Learn more →ThreatKeeper replaces your allowlisting
Zero Trust endpoint security your cyber-insurance questionnaire is already asking about. Nothing runs unless approved, with learning mode to onboard a client’s software fast.
Learn more →eWall replaces your email gateway
Inbound email security for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Spam, phishing, impersonation and malware stop before the mailbox, with a per-user quarantine and every verdict explained.
Learn more →HelpDesk replaces your PSA ticketing
Email becomes tickets, routed to the right client automatically, with priorities, SLAs and per-client reporting you can put in a QBR.
Learn more →CRM replaces your sales CRM
The pipeline side MSPs usually neglect: companies, contacts, deals and activities, with email that logs itself and tells you when a prospect opened the proposal.
Learn more →You are not switching a tool. You are moving a fleet.
Every MSP we talk to has the same objection, and it is the right one: the product could be free and the migration would still be the risk. So we run it, and you do not cut over until it is proven.
We scope it with you
What you run today, how many endpoints, which clients are sensitive, and what your current contracts allow. If the timing is wrong we will say so.
Parallel run, one client first
We deploy alongside your existing tools on a client you choose. Both run together until you trust the data. No big-bang cutover, no gap in coverage.
Roll out at your pace
Client by client, on your schedule, with our engineers doing the work. You stop paying the old vendor when you are ready, not when we are.
What MSPs ask us first
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Billing is monthly and per endpoint, with no minimum seat count and no annual commitment. If it is not working you can leave, and we will help you export your data on the way out.
What happens to our data if we stop?
It is yours. Backups can be restored or exported before you go, ticket history can be extracted, and we will not hold a fleet hostage to keep an account. Say so up front and we will document the exit before you sign anything.
Can we put our own brand on it?
For the client-facing pieces, yes, ticket correspondence goes out from your support address, and per-client reports are yours to hand over. Ask us about the specific surfaces you need branded and we will tell you honestly what is and is not possible today.
Is it genuinely multi-tenant, or one big list?
Genuinely multi-tenant. Machines, backups, mail, tickets and reporting are separated by client throughout, and technician access is role-based, so an engineer sees only the clients they should.
Who actually answers when something breaks?
An engineer who works on the product. There is no tier-one script and no offshore queue, the team that built the platform supports it, and we run our own MSP on the same tools, so an outage is our problem before it is yours.
Do we have to take all seven?
No. Most conversations start with the one or two line items that hurt most, usually RMM or backup. Each platform stands alone and is priced separately.
