Who we are
Tech911 was founded in 2024 by a team with over 30 years of hands-on IT experience. It grew out of a simple belief: technology should make work easier, not add to the stress of the day. Too many businesses get stuck with slow response times, confusing jargon, and support that treats them like a ticket number instead of a person.
We set out to be the opposite. For over 30 years, our team has helped businesses and homeowners across South Florida keep their technology running smoothly, from a single laptop to an entire office network. We show up, we listen, and we solve the problem, then we explain what happened in plain language.
Today we provide remote and onsite managed IT support to clients in Florida and every other US state, in both English and Español. Whether you need a one-time fix or a partner to look after your technology month after month, we are on call and ready to help.
